Ashley Scanlan

As product marketing manager, Ashley leads marketing communications, program management, demand generation and digital efforts for Cisco’s Contact Center portfolio. She also focuses on building relationships with our strong customer base to showcase their amazing stories on how Cisco’s Contact Center technology is positively impacting their business and customer experiences. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Jose State University and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
